FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) allows customers to find answers to questions on their own, without the need to create a ticket and wait for a response from the support service.

How to pay?

At home page you select the game, then service you need. Attentively read description of the service, use options what you need, choose number of goods then click "Order" button.

What payment systems do you accept?

On our website we accept only PayPal for now. The latter method of payment is possible only in manual mode - contact the operators for help.

And if something goes wrong? Can I get my money back?

You can always get your money back in cases of payment by mistake or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will also refund money if you are unhappy with the performance of the service for objective reasons or if for some reason it is impossible to perform the service. In those cases where we have not yet begun work on the order, a refund of 100% is possible. If you want to make a return before the completion of the deadlines for reasons not dependent on the actions of our performers, a refund is made in the amount of 70% of the order amount (30% will go to pay the elapsed time of the contractor). Refunds are made within 72 hours. Refunds are made to the wallets of payment systems: PayPal. Refunds are made via mail defyourtime@gmail.com, as well as through an application to the operator on the site.
